McAfee Joined Hands with LG to Deploy Advanced Parental Controls to LG Smart phones

To deliver LG smartphone users, a safer online experience, the world-renowned cybersecurity firm, McAfee has collaborated with the Seoul based firm, LG. The company has announced that all the upcoming LG smartphones will have McAfee Safe Family (A dedicated security products to protect your home devices including desktops, mobile phones, and tablets) inbuilt to it.

With this collaboration, LG smartphone users will have the benefit to avail advanced parental control features that will further help them to manage their children activities and improve their online experience. According to a recent research by this American global computer security software company, 80% of the parents are worried about their children’s online activities (such as what sort of websites they visit, who their child interacts with online, and what activities they do online and more) and 34% of them have exposed that their child has visited an adult or inappropriate site on their devices. 

Gary Davis, chief consumer security evangelist at McAfee said that the number of children using the mobile phones for accessing the internet is increasing with each passing day. This situation is underscoring the demand for security. With the inbuilt McAfee Safe Family on the LG smartphones, both the parents and the children can access a safer online world.
