How To Turn On Game Mode Feature In Avast Antivirus?

Avast Antivirus has added a prominent feature for those who are up for playing PC games. This game mode feature is smart enough to adjust your system settings and auto-terminate any unnecessary apps from operating in the background. With this smart feature, you will be able to improve the performance of your game on PC.



Although the setting does not come as a default one, so you need to make changes as per your need. If you want to activate the game mode feature, you connect with Avast customer service number for a short procedure or else follow the steps below.

Steps to turn on the game mode feature in Avast:

1.       Click on Avast Antivirus icon to launch the software
·      If you cannot find the icon of the software, click on the start button and search for "Avast" in the menu.

2.       From the home page, click on the Performance option available at the right pane
3.       You will have multiple options choose the Game Mode.
·         Game Mode is only compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/ 8.1, and 10.

4.       Click on the add button and a list will appear to add your game to the Game Mode
5.       Select your game you want to add in the Avast list

6.   After adding the games to the list, save your settings to ensure Activate Game Mode on launch is enabled.
